Personal Items

You are allowed to bring one personal item per passenger without any cost. Bring items like laptop bags, garment bags, and diaper bags as personal items. It should be a personal article of size not more than 13 in x 6 in x 17 in.

Carry-on Baggage

You are allowed to bring one checked baggage and cost depends on your traveling destinations. It should be a standard article of maximum dimensions up to 21.5in x9 in x 15.5 in, for example, Roller bag, backpack, etc.

Instructions

  • The dimensions of carry on baggage should include bag’s wheels and handle.
  • The weight and size should not exceed the recommended limit as it need to be stored in overhead bin space.
  • Items like flammable liquids or solids, compressed gas cylinders, etc are not allowed in flight. Check the CATSA website to know more about the prohibited items.

Checked Baggage

You are allowed to bring up to 2 checked baggage depends on your traveling destinations. The weight and size dimensions should be a maximum of 23 kg and 115 in linear dimensions. Eligible active or retired military personnel can bring up to 3 checked baggage of 32 kg each.

  • Extra charges may apply to overweight, oversized and additional checked baggage.
  • Make sure to arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure in case of extra or oversized baggage.
Special Items: You can bring special items like Musical instruments, sports equipment & hunting equipment. The bags should contain these particular items only. Tips to follow while packing baggage

  • It is recommended to place your valuable items like Laptop, other electronic devices, cash, etc in your carry-on baggage.
  • Attach an identification tag on baggage that must include your name, address and phone number. So that in case of missing or delay baggage you get informed.
  • Make sure to remove previous airline’s tag, straps, etc from your checked baggage.
